Courses

These are the courses you may need. Very short versions here, to only contain what is necessary for Free Solo Processing:

1. Study Course

2. Meter Course (the Solo Meter Course.)

3. Solo Course

Then go to the Main Index for Basics etc. and Free Solo Processing. See the Sub Index if you need to know more about Lower and Upper Levels. Or need free download of books with more data.

If you are new to this subject then let me give you some ideas about what it may take to make a person tough enough to get through.

In the "Unfree Zone" (Scientology) they have something called Training Routines (TRs). First the student sits in front of another student, both with closed eyes, confronting each other for an hour or two. Then doing the same with open eyes for 2 hours. 8-16 hours daily if it is TRs the HARD way. For some weeks or months. There is some more of this kind.

When all these are done you may be put on "Objective processing." Something like: "Look at that wall. Thank you. Go over to that wall. Thank you. Touch that wall. Thank you. Turn around. Thank you. Look at that wall..." This you do for 25 hours. Then you do it to another student for 25 hours. And after that there is a dozen or two other Objective Processes of the same sort. Etc.

Of course this in the end creates tough students and Soloist who can get through anything no matter how hard it may seem. Most students decide they are tough enough after one time through the above. A few victims of course want to do it 2 or 3 times (joke). Hopefully you don't need any of that. Just get the idea.

Actually erasure of unwanted things in the Mind has very little to do with toughness. It has to do with peace of mind, willingness to peacefully feel anything in Solo without running away. Willingness for Truth. Truth is the universal dissolver.

Another point is that in the "Unfree Zone" you are required to write everything you do in solo down on paper, and then a supervisor looks through it after. If he finds any tiny error in your solo he will ask you to re-study the course materials covering the error or errors. Lots of re-study until perfection, even if you have to read everything 100 times or more. In Free Solo you are not required to write down everything you do in solo, but re-studying the material now and then might be a good idea.
